My name is Emily, and my Back Pain is Finally Gone!

How I discovered a simple stretching and exercise sequence that ended my back pain...and gave me my life back

I'd like to share my story that I know will resonate with you.

My whole world came crashing down around me when my body suddenly stopped working due to debilitating back pain.

Since then I:

  • Spent thousands of dollars on all kinds of treatments
  • Made my back worse with back destroying mistakes!
  • Couldn't work for almost a year, and watched the bills pile up
  • Secretly worried if my husband still wanted me, and my burden
  • Put my life on hold altogether (tell you more about this later)
  • Started to think my case was hopeless and faced the thought of surgery 

There were days when simple tasks such as picking up a dish would send me to my knees in debilitating pain. 

How could anyone live like this?

I felt like a prisoner in my own body. I was frail, achey and tender. 

I tried every kind of treatment but nothing worked, it was beginning to feel hopeless. a yoga and pilates instructor, I thought I was doing everything right, boy was I wrong.

It was like there was a ticking time bomb in my body just waiting to go off. And on a Wednesday morning, it did. Long story short I injured my back and it left me helpless. 

Nothing came close to making me feel normal again. I couldn't work, and became really scared about my future. I couldn't move the way I used to, I gained weight, and my confidence plummeted. 

As a last act of desperation, I consulted with a surgeon, who could only offer a dangerous operation, with no guarantee of it working. 

There had to be another option, and I was determined to find it.

I went home, feeling a mix of determination, betrayal and just plain pissed! I got out all of my old fitness training manuals and books. 

I was going to figure this problem out myself no matter what it took. I consulted all of the specialists again, but this time as an investigator, not a patient.

Reading between the lines and looking for clues.

After months of research, and trial and error with my own body, I finally stumbled upon something that actually worked. 

I discovered mistakes I was doing that actually made my pain worse. Too much strength, too much stretching, and of the wrong muscles. 

I finally worked out a sequenced strengthen and stretching routine that anyone can do no matter their condition.

After doing this sequence, my body became unlocked!

I started to feel young again, stronger and pain free. Not trapped in a prison, waking up stiff and achey each morning. 

I started to sleep better, and then eat better, feeling renewed and pain free again. 

I knew this discovery was something I just had to share with the world. I tried regular means of publishing, and decided I was going to self-publish everything. So I created this video below.
